"An Unfolding of Love" is Rashani Réa’s gift to her son, expressing wondrous gratitude and tenderness by sharing with him her creativity and meaningful moments of her life. It includes 41 collages with words by Rashani, photographs of 10 stone altars she has built during the past two decades, and several pages of poetry, written many years ago.Her own mother burned most of her poetry and journals shortly before she died. Perhaps the inspiration for this book was birthed in part from the hollowness Rashani carried for several years following her mother’s death; from the longing to have known more intimately her mother’s inner world and life experience.
